A shattered ember-red glitched fragment hovers where the head should be — Citizen #0111 cannot be photographed cleanly. Scanline distortion fringes every edge, RGB channel-split chromatic aberration bleeds outward, the ember hex socket leaks red into the frame and the frame leaks red back into the citizen. They are the Choir of Static's most-cited reference, the citizen the corruption studies. The other Choir members are corrupted by accident. Citizen #0111 was corrupted on purpose, and chose the corruption as a medium. The wound IS the work. The transmission IS the static. They cannot be repaired because the citizen IS the repair.
