An asymmetric tilted leaning hooded form rises from the shoulders of Citizen #1776 — deliberately off-balance ivory ceramic form with one side fractured, cerulean hex glyph slightly off-center, off-axis halo. The Growth trickster who arrives at every event slightly later than expected and leaves slightly earlier than scheduled. They have never stolen a transmission. They have stolen the timing of transmissions, and the timing is sometimes worth more than the transmission itself. The Growth civilization claims them affectionately. They are not entirely sure they belong.
